Ahmed Al-Abbady, CEO, founded Pyramids Metal Trading DMCC in 2009 in the midst of the economic crisis that hit the world in 2008. Despite losing his job due to the global financial crisis, he believed that there is always a way out and that there will be light at the end of the tunnel. He believed that opportunities were plentiful at the end of the crisis and founded Pyramids Metals Trading. It was his determination and perseverance that the company grew up to what it is today. He has 23 years of experience in the field of metals trading and recycling.

Pyramids Metals Trading DMCC is a longstanding name associated with recycling metal scrap products. It has been continuously extending its global network & expanding its range of metal products.

The company buys and sells all grades of ferrous & non ferrous metals and deals with clients across the globe. Pyramids Metals deal with copper, brass, aluminium, lead, steel, zinc, nickel and has clients across the globe including the Middle East, Far East, Africa, Europe, South and North America. “It is very important to love what you do and you must be passionate about your profession. I believe that recycling is creating a better world for everyone,” he says.

“Recycling metals is a more economically and environmentally viable way to obtain and use metal, as it uses less energy than metal production. In addition, metal can withstand continuous recycling without losing quality. We are pleased to be part of the metal recycling industry and to contribute to the protection of the environment. Recycling also cuts down emissions and reduces air pollution,” he adds.
