Maryam Al Mansoori is the General Manager of Rebound Plastic Exchange, an alternative supply chain model facilitating the global trade of used plastic for recycling. The company’s innovative and sustainable solution is supported by the UAE government and backed by the IHC (International Holding Company) of Abu Dhabi.

Ms. Al Mansoori has a long-standing passion for environmental preservation and had the honour of presenting climate-related issues to HH Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan during Mohamed Bin Zayed Majlis for Future Generations, where she designed an interactive platform for resolving food security related challenges which empowered youth to participate in decision-making processes.

Ms. Al Mansoori is committed to combating plastic waste leakage into the environment by providing a marketplace for recyclers, MRFs, and end-users to supply and procure recycled plastic feedstock. Her policymaking background and experience working at the UAE Cabinet have equipped her with the tools to ensure that Rebound Plastic Exchange is a truly global solution to fighting plastic pollution.
