Terberg RosRoca Vehicle Manufacturing (TRRVM), one of the newest subsidiaries under the Terberg Environmental umbrella, has rapidly emerged as a dominant force in the Middle East’s waste collection vehicle sector. With a state-of-the-art factory in Dubai and a reputation built on product quality, customer trust, and operational excellence, TRRVM has hit the ground running since opening its doors in 2020 -- in more ways than one.
It has doubled its workforce in just three years and is successfully serving customers across all Emirates. In 2024, TRRVM surpassed expectations by assembling and mounting 30% more RCV bodies than planned. The company also launched a comprehensive Annual Maintenance Programme to maximise fleet uptime, supported by 24/7 technicians, mobile workshops, and roadside assistance.

Driven by rising demand, TRRVM has expanded beyond the UAE into Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt and Jordan. This impressive growth has required two-shift operations, seven days a week, alongside increased factory capacity, the acquisition of an additional building, and the implementation of enhanced processes and standards, including ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications.
Following its major tender win to supply refuse collection vehicles (RCVs) in Abu Dhabi, TRRVM strengthened its position with a follow-up contract covering the city’s outlying areas. Building on the momentum from delivering 50 Terberg-lifter-equipped RCVs to Dubai Municipality in 2024, the company recently secured another significant tender for nearly 100 units in Oman. These achievements firmly position TRRVM as a regional market leader, an exceptional milestone in just a few years.
Success built on people and product quality
Pierangelo Marfella, Managing Director, Terberg RosRoca Vehicle Manufacturing, said: “Our customers understand that high-quality vehicles built to European standards may have a higher initial cost but deliver outstanding value over their lifetime. They experience fewer breakdowns, reduced downtime, and quick service response. They appreciate that we are an OEM— not merely a trading company—with local spare parts availability, mobile service workshops for RCV bodies and bin lifts, and a fully equipped in-house workshop for for more extensive repairs. The chassis are serviced by their suppliers.”
He added, “We invest heavily in developing and training our team. With growing demand for electric vehicles, we are working closely with chassis suppliers to ensure our mechanics are fully trained to handle EV systems safely.”
“Equally important to me is that our salespeople are technically proficient and can advise customers on the most suitable products and options for their applications. With such a strong team in place, we are now exploring opportunities to expand further across the region—there are promising markets out there.”

Olympus ART
Specifically developed and thoroughly proven in operations under the harshest environments of temperature, humidity and dust in Asia, Africa and the GCC, Olympus ART offers exceptional value, providing a solid performance, robust build and comprehensive aftermarket support. The Hardox HiAce floor, Hight compaction 7:1, a specially designed Tailgate and the Keel shape ensure the best performance, extended service life, and minimal maintenance, while maximizing cargo capability.
Olympus ART with Crane Chute
One of the most successful variants of the Olympus ART compactor, this model is equipped with a crane that enables the collection of both rear-loading and vertical-loading waste containers, providing the versatility of handling two systems with a single vehicle.
Olympus Mini ART
This unit is perfectly suited for collections in narrow or restricted areas. The Olympus Mini ART is a rear-loading RCV designed for domestic, organic, and recyclable waste collection in streets with limited access, where high level of manoeuvrability is essential. Compact and built on proven technology, the Olympus Mini ART delivers exceptional quality and reliability.
Speedline SLM Side loader
This side loading compactor is one of the latest innovations of the group. With a lifting capacity of 1.5 tons and a 6 m³ hopper, it delivers faster collection than any other model on the market. Designed with efficiency and safety in mind, this unit enables continuous waste compaction while moving between collection points, with a horizontal translation system that is unique in the market. Its easy bin selection and three configurable work settings provide the versatility needed for the fastest, safest, and most efficient waste collection in the Middle East.
Side-Loading Bins
The Barcelona and Icon side-loading bins feature innovative designs to enable the most efficient city waste collection. Constructed from highly durable HDPE, they withstand heat and dusty conditions without loss of color, while offering extensive customization options in size, color, and functionality. These bins are perfectly designed to complement the SLM Side Loader and adapt seamlessly to the diverse needs of urban waste management.
Rear- and Side-Loading Bin Washers
Ideal for keeping cities clean and beautiful, the rear- and side-loading container washers use high-pressure water systems to clean both the interior and exterior of bins. Rotating heads handle internal cleaning, while a fixed bar with multiple nozzles ensures thorough exterior washing. With varying water tank capacities and chassis compatibility, these washers quickly service bins of all sizes: from rear-loading containers (120–1100 L) to side-loading units (1800–3200 L).
Easy lifting system

Easy is the innovative multi-purpose, fully automated, bilateral lifting system.
Managed by a single operator, it allows to optimize and simplify the collection of municipal solid waste in tailor- made stationary containers perfectly aligned, becoming an element of urban furniture that elevates the looks of the city. The container emptying and repositioning cycle is faster, easier and safer thanks to the perfect hooking of the innovative F-90 coupling device. The software automatically manages the entire process of collection, handling and emptying of containers under the supervision of the operator.
